Pneumofore It is an Italian company specialized in the manufacturing of Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps and Air Compressors. Founded in 1923, the company has expanded globally throughout its history. Today, it has more than 45,000 installations across 87 countries, ensuring a low Life Cycle Cost and unmatched longevity—its oldest unit still in operation dates back to 1961, thanks to the durability of its non-consumable rotary vane.

TECHNICAL DATA:

The Pneumofore A Series Air Compressors are available in 14 different models based on delivered capacity, offering a volumetric flow range from 67 m³/h to 5,360 m³/h [40 cfm – 3,155 cfm]. All models in this series are capable of delivering pressure from 2.5 bar(g) to 10 bar(g) [36 psi – 145 psi], and both flow and pressure can be further increased with the appropriate use of accessories. All A Series rotary vane models are customizable according to the client’s needs, from cabinet design to electronic integration and VFD selection.

According to ISO8573-1:2010 standards, Pneumofore guarantees air quality class 1-4-1 when required, making it suitable for oil-free applications without any drawbacks.

The Pneumofore UV Series Vacuum Pumps cover a wide vacuum range and offer flow rates from 250 m³/h to 7,160 m³/h [148 cfm to 4,211 cfm] across eight models. All models are capable of operating between 0.5 mbar(a) and 450 mbar(a) [29.90 inHg to 16.62 inHg]. Just like the A Series, the vacuum pumps are custom-made to fit the client’s needs, with different versions available depending on factors such as application and specific location.
